The Detective Department of the Howrah City Police has busted a major fraud racket that collected vast sums of money from the general public under the name of Bloom Wealth Brand Equity Private Limited. People were assured that their money would be invested online or in trading to yield high returns or profits. After receiving returns for a few months, when the public invested even larger sums of money, the owners of Bloom Wealth Brand Equity Private Limited absconded with all the funds.

Following the filing of a written complaint at the police station, the Detective Department of the Howrah City Police took charge of the investigation. So far, six accused individuals have been arrested, and the investigation is currently ongoing. In addition, the police are examining who else might be involved in this racket.
